Decision : Withdrawal of Amyot Exco from Transaccount Consortium and their replacement by Eurosources Sa

By a letter sent on October 24, 2000 to Alpnet Technology GmbH, Amyot Exco withdrawed from the consortium, arguing on the fact that they could not carry on the Transaccount project since their partner Frédéric Burband, had resigned and taken up functions in Systran Sa.

The remaining undersigned partners have decided that the whole share of Amyot Exco in the project will be carried out by Eurosources Sa who has accepted it.
